We are a family that has continuously fished Bristol Bay, AK since 1933. The 3rd, 4th, and 5th generations now bring you the food that has sustained our heritage since the Gold Rush and the Great Depression.
Each season, we harvest wild Alaska salmon from the pristine, cold waters of Bristol Bay. Our fish are immediately iced and processed into the freezer for ultimate quality and nutritional preservation. You'll find our fresh frozen, smoked, lox, and candied salmon plus caviar and canned sockeye at local seasonal farmers markets, through regional deliveries, and available for shipment nationwide year 'round.
